My absolute favourite place for Japanese desserts. As someone that likes making desserts I must say they ace their daifukus. Its hard to make it that soft because that usually means the water ratio has to be higher which makes it difficult to handle. Also, the mochi skin is really thin too, making more room for yummy fillings. Hence these are made really well and with much care which justifies its price. The anko inside is also not overly sweet, paired with the cream makes creates a good mouthfeel overall.
Their brewed coffee is also made fresh to order! Pairs wonderfully with the desserts!
P.s. I bought the strawberry, coffee, matcha and chestnut daifuku today
