I'll tell you why this Starbucks deserve a wonderful one star review. I placed my order this afternoon and I notice everybody that ordered after me were getting their drinks first. So five minutes passes by and I thought it was strange that they're taking this long to make a refresher. I walk up to the barista to notify her about my missing drink. She looks down the long line of cups on the counter and she doesn't see my order.
Apparently the cashier forgot to write the order down. The barista then ask the cashier if I did indeed place an order. She then swears that she did write the order down and have no clue why the cup disappeared. Ugh...maybe it's because you made an mistake and you're in denial. During this whole situation I did not get one single apology. I thought something simple like a "sorry about that" or "we apologize for the inconvenience" would be appropriate. Unfortunately the staffs at this location does not define good customer service.
