Sprint has not improved from the first time we had it, and since moving, the cell service has been terrible. When I went into this store asking about my cell signal, an employee said there was nothing they could do about it...that they were in the process of building a cell tower on top of their building. Well, the cell tower is there, and we still had no signal. We decided it was time to switch over to T-Mobile. We purchased our iPhones and asked the person in store if we could use them with another carrier. They told us that once we purchased the phones that they would AUTOMATICALLY UNLOCK. Thankfully, someone with more sense at T-Mobile informed us that we would need to call Sprint and request to unlock our phones. Seemed like an easy process. Call, ask to unlock. NOPE. FOUR associates later...I had been passed from one foreign person to another until finally, someone could explain things to me without a teleprompt and KNEW what they were talking about. Unfortunately, most of the employees at Sprint do not know what they are talking about. I'm glad that we have left. We will never go back to Sprint. Never. Again.
