  • So I was a patient of Dr Mansfield as she left I stayed with the practice. She was great, long story short they didn't do what I asked to be done #1 I needed an inhaler as I have asthma (was not submitted to my pharmacy) #2 I asked for an EKG because I have had chest pains and wanted it for peace of mind (was not done) Also the office manager called me and told me I would have to set another apt to get the EKG done! I do not think so! She also told me I had to pay for my personal records since I made the decision to leave this practice which I believe is against the law?? I also was told that if I had a heart attack and since they refused to give me the EKG I could sue! Thankfully I have not had one! I will never go back to this place ever again! Zero stars and rude manager, yes I did yell at her because her tone of voice and cursed at her once I was pissed!!!
