  • If contracted through AHS...immediately ask for someone else. Also, the BBB has them rated with an "F". AM PM was contracted through my home warranty with American Home Shield (AHS). The email address and phone number given seemed to be from a person and not a business...this was my first red flag. I played phone tag for an entire day and when calling the given number it consistently went straight to voicemail...again, another red flag as I would assume they would have a desk. When I was able to finally schedule time, it was not for another two days out and with a busted water heater it felt a long time. They scheduled between 9 and 11 on a Saturday and on that Saturday, they never showed. I received no phone call to tell me if they would be late. So I called AHS to switch the contractor. I was finally able to get Just Plumbing...who immediately answered the phone, were extremely professional and were very helpful. Judging by the other reviews, I regret not looking them up right away...but given it was through my home warranty, I assume they'd be reputable. Now, I'm off to write a review of AHS...as they should not be contracting with businesses like this.
