The customer service number was very helpful. I spoke to three cordial people who were trying to help me get my package. I have been tracking this package for days!
It's been in the city for the past two days. I have been trying to work with Fed Ex to just go over to the facility and pick up the package myself.
That's where it got ugly. I was put in contact with Patty a manager at the facility who was EXTREMELY rude and no help at all (even though I was very polite). Even after I said thank you, she ended the call by hanging up rather than responding thank you or you're welcome.
In the future, I will avoid purchasing from companies that use Fed Ex Ground.
