  • The day I went in to buy my bike I found the salesperson to be super helpful, even though I'm not a bike afficionado by any means. He showed me a range of options within the price point that I was considering. While I did end up buying one that was slightly more expensive then I'd planned, it legitimately was a more comfortable ride than the others, and I did not feel like he was upselling me a product that I didn't need.
