  • I finally did it. Tankless water heater. I checked and CHS was on par with most companies price wise. The difference was what I'd hear about them showing up when scheduled and not giving the hard sell on everything else in the house. Mike showed up on time and was very professional - like a guy from the 50s professional, clean, polite, courteous, etc. Booties, little rug to protect the area he was working in (even if it was just the garage). All told, it was a few hours of work and he left the area cleaner than it was before. I don't know how you can ask for any better than that. Oh, and the hot water works perfectly.
