  • Technician showed up on time. That was about the only thing that was good. When he found out our air handler was in the attic he said " you are not my friend". Spent two min in the attic came down and anounced that the fan motor was bad and it would be $1000.00 to replace it. I asked if he checked it and he said he tried it with a new capacitor and it did not work and it was the motor. I promptly sent him away. I had another company come out the next day and it was the control board not the motor. $198.00 for the board and one hour labor to replace; total $325.00. Do not use George for anything.
