  • If I could give them zero stars I would! I paid for flower services for my wedding in April. Spoke with Robert plenty of times and confirmed everything. All was good. Wedding day came and they had not delivered flowers about 15 mins after delivery time was scheduled call them. They had no idea that they had to make flowers. As kristy said that Robert had left for an emergency they had not communicated about my wedding. So she then offered to get off the phone with me and hurry and make my flowers and get them to me asap but I would have to sign a form stating I would not request a refund. Mind you it was 45 mins till my ceremony started. So of course I said no by the time you get here I will be done with ceremony which is pretty much only reason I wanted all personal flowers. She then stated she could not authorize to give me my money back either. That she would have to speak with Robert. So I asked to speak with the manager and she claimed she was. However she needs training on customer service if that is the manager in place. Cause she did not do anything to help the situation she just continued to give me attitude and said it wasn't there fault they had not known there was wedding flowers to be delivered. I then called about a week after the wedding kristy said Robert was still not in. So I waited another week and kristy still kept the lie going on that Robert isn't in. Then to find out about a week ago that he is "no longer" in business and it is now called Mias florist. And kristy is still the manager there. So no I never got my flowers nor my money back. I do not recommend this florist to anybody!!!!
