Rant for the evening: I just spent an INCREDIBLY long amount of time on the phone trying to order a pizza from Papa Johns, because their website was not responding. When you can't understand "I want to order one pizza," and it takes several minutes and you still aren't getting it, I don't want to pay you very much in the way of money. I literally could not stay on the phone any longer to try to convey the idea that I wanted one pizza. Please train your employees so they know how to use the computerized ordering system. the person I spoke to was hopelessly lost, and now I'm going to another place with my business.
