  • Unprofessional. I have Maid in Montreal to clean only once, and I had a bad experience. When I called to sort out the situation, they told me that they stood behind their cleaner and didn't even try to make amends. Further, I was charged $17.65 in tax for a service that I purchased (on special) for $35. In fairness, I didn't bring this up as the first incident left a bad taste in my mouth. The cleaning job was all right, but I wouldn't recommend the service.
