  • The gentleman who took my handicapped sister, brother in law and myself to our car was the nicest person I had met in a long time! He picked an appropriate car for all of us and made sure everyone got in okay with our luggage. Such great service with personal touch. He was an army veteran and I thanked him for his service, but he was so humble. Thank you Enterprise for having such a great employee. Nancy Also, because of my family being handicapped, we couldn't fly home, so drove back to Phoenix. April, the customer service person was so kind, too. Thank you to her, too.
