  • this company is in serious trouble they where once procare carpet and airduct cleaning! SEE OLD YELP REVIEWS. owned by karen and mike platt they are a bait and switch company and they ripped off the wrong people this time search steam king and procare (inactive) on corporation commissions website google them in bbb and in illinois they change locations and names every three years or so I HAVE CONTACTED 3 ON YOUR SIDE ABOUT THEM AND URGE OTHERS TO DO THE SAME. UPDATE:hello again, i have escalated the STEAM KINGS AZ issue to the consumer fraud division of the attorney generals office DUE TO FINDING A PREVIOUS CASE http://www.superiorcourt.maricopa.gov/docket/CivilCourtCases/caseInfo.asp?caseNumber=CV1988-001463 if you would like to include your contact information as a victim/witness please send it to me via this message. if you don't want to disclose that information then respond "send complaint number" and upon submitting my complaint i will be able to send you a complaint number to reference and you may go to the attorney generals office website and submit your own consumer complaint form and include my complaint number as a reference so that they will all be linked to the same complaint. thanks again, james fair
