  • ***Updated Review*** Yelp wouldn't let me post a second review. I used Williams again, this time the main unit TXV valve went out. They showed up that night, and had the part ordered and replaced and the A/C up and running the very next day. Thank y'all again for the prompt and fast service/repair. The two a/c units in my rental were having difficulty cooling off the house. William saved me a miserable night with a late night house call to temporarily cool is off until the problem could be diagnosed. Turns out one complete cool needed replaced and a leak repaired in the other. Being in a rental that I am, William communicated with the owner and replaced/repaired everything in a timely manner, and explained everything to me on what to watch for and all the proper maintenance to ensure the systems run perfect all the time. William even offered to come out when we switch back over to heat for the winter just for preventative measures. I am so happy I found this company because all the "big boy companies" were too busy or would not answer the phone at night for an emergency. Thank you again to William, his apprentice Joel, and Paula in the office for taking care of me and the family when we needed it most. You will definitely have my referral business for anyone I know needing repairs!
