  • While the airport is nice with a good selection of shops and restaurants, the service aspects of this airport is AWFUL! The baggage handling has always been amongst the slowest in North America, but now they've taken to well understaffing the US Customs counters. Yesterday, they had 4 overworked customs agents for 4 large flights to the US! It took over an hour to get through and our flight was delayed by 40 minutes waiting for late passengers as a result. To top it off, the security agents are now moving slower than ever. Fly through Montreal if you can!
