  • I needed the locks at my house re-keyed and called A1 because of all the good reviews on yelp. Since Jeff was not available to come immediately when I called and I had to get to work he made an appointment to meet me at my house at 7:30pm and also mentioned he does not charge after hours fees. Jeff was also very upfront with the cost that would be involved and was able to quote me over the phone. He called when he was on his way as promised, showed up on time, and got the job done. Him and his son who came out were even able to help me get the latch on my alley gate up and running again! They were very nice and professional and were able to get the job done even though there were a few kinks with the types of locks I have. The fees are reasonable and it all cost much less than me buying new locks from Lowe's and replacing them myself. I would highly recommended them to anyone in the future! Call A1 before you call anyone else!
