I choose Dr. Otrowsky through my insurance company and booked an appointment, which took about 3 weeks as a new patient. As I live as far away from his office and still be in Las Vegas, I drove 62 miles round trip. When I made my appointment, I asked for their first one after lunch. When I arrived there were already 8 patients waiting for the doctor. Not a good sign for me. Then I gave then my 8 pages of paperwork and my insurance card and ID. A few minutes later the girl at the front said: sorry we do not accept your insurance, but you can pay $200 cash. WTF? I went outside and called my insurance company, but I had to leave a message. When I got home, my insurance company phoned and confirmed they are in my network and the front receptionist was clueless. That didn't help me, and after driving 62 miles there is no way I would go back based on the level of incompetence. While I cannot review the doctor, the way this office operates I can say they overbook and are incompetent in dealing with issues that arise and to fix the situation right then and there. I was more than pissed off and disappointed.
