I must really be missing something, but I am not sure what. This place has bottles of almost anything, about 20 different kinds of bitters, and then they present you with a menu with 8 straight classic cocktails with nothing unusual about any of them. Am I supposed to come up with my own recipe, or just ask the bartender to concoct me something?
The whiskey sour was nothing special, and I was really waiting for otherwise.
Just give your customers more of a clue. We don't want to be detectives.
