rev:text	Tried to get a Uber for my mother who is disabled so she could visit my father who has dementia and is in a nursing home. My mom has a small motorized scooter that can be broken down, the heaviest piece - the battery - is about 12 pounds. The driver pulled up, saw my mom waiting on her scooter, turned around and left. Didn't even say anything to her and cancelled the ride. There is no where on that app that I can put she has a small motorized scooter and needs assistance with it. So frustrating.
