  • Here we go again. We thought that MAYBE we would try your location again, figuring that MAYBE the day we were there, it was just an off day. NOPE! Came in with our lifted truck, was told by a very nice girl that it would fit into car wash. Proceeded to move to that area when a male stops and says "can I help you?" But not in a friendly, welcoming manner. Explained how we were told that we could fit, he sharply says no, that it's gotta be a hand wash, which would've been no problem, but when asked how long it would take, he sharply says "about an hour and a half", not a stitch of good customer service in him. We're done, gave the second chance, you don't care about how your employees treat customers, so we'll continue with original plan of never going back. I'm pretty sure that you don't care, because you're probably thinking that you're still getting business, but it's the point.
