We booked a room here through expedia.com. We were forced to leave within a couple of hours of our arrival due to a personal emergency and they refused to give us an even partial refund. For a hotel that claims to have great customer service, they certainly failed us. Here is a copy of the email we received:
Dear xxxx,
Thank you for contacting Expedia about your reservation from Hampton Inn Concord/Kannapolis. We have advocated your case with the hotel. Unfortunately, the hotel has denied your request of a refund.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
