  • I've used this clinic for a couple years for my cat even though it's a more expensive than other places because it's close to my house and Dr Mitchell is great. However, the rest of the staff is not great and you can't always get Dr. Mitchell. I've decided to stop going here because I called them one Saturday when one of the Soft Claws my cat wears was cutting into her paw and I needed help to get it off (and willing to pay) I was told that even though it would take 1 minute for them to do this and she is bleeding - I don't have an appointment and have to wait until sometime next week! Really? Let the cat bleed a few days because we can't take 1 minute? Wow. Shocked. Maybe it was just the receptionist telling me this but as I've experienced, other than Dr Mitchell the rest of the office is not good.
