  • I received all my appointments in a reasonable amount of time and never had a long wait for an appointment, so I am confused by the previous negative reviews. As a retired registered nurse with previous experience working both in hospitals and in a doctor's office, I found Dr. Justo and his entire staff to be superior in every way. Initially, I received injections of facial fillers with a minimal amount of pain, and noticeable improvements were seen immediately. At a later date, Roxanne, the office manager and registered nurse, spent a great deal of time instructing me on skin care and the use of the Obagi products. The photos later taken at varying intervals showed impressive positive changes regarding the condition of my skin. Subsequently, I underwent surgery on my eye muscles to correct vision problems. The surgical procedure was explained thoroughly by Dr. Justo, who embodies a professional yet warm manner. Any questions I had were answered during my preop exam by knowledgeable staff members, so the day of surgery was less stressful than it could have been. The preop and postop nurse was both efficient and caring in preparing me for surgery and monitoring my condition following surgery. The surgical nurse and staff were very reassuring, holding my hand throughout the procedure. Pain abatement during the procedure was highly effective. I was extremely happy with the results of the procedure in regard to enhanced vision and, as an extra bonus, improved appearance.
