  • Do not live here. If you were like me and want to live here for the proximity to Uptown and low rent, don't waste your time because the staff will make up for the "cheap" rent in hidden fees and excess charges. They charged my friend $200 for putting trash next to the dumpster because it was full, and they charged my roommate $100 moving out to fix a carpet stain that I already paid them $150 to clean. It's not worth it, there are much better options in South End. The staff is lazy and will lie straight to your face. I ignored other Yelp reviews about this place and I seriously regret this. Thank GOD my lease was 10 months instead of a year, because I couldn't stand it for two more months. This is the most disgusting place I've ever lived in and wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.
