I was completely satisfied with my experience at the EdgeWalk. I came with my brother after wanting to try it since it opened. The day we came was a beautiful day, but there were lots of clouds. It turned out that when we were walking on the edge that it was all white underneath. It literally felt like we were walking on the clouds. I think that helped my nerves b/c I couldn't see the bottom. We saw our shadows in the clouds, a rainbow in the clouds and a plane come out from the clouds. The only thing that sucked was that we didn't see the ground - but the staff don't have control over that!
All of the staff were great and helpful. Our guide in particular was very enthusiastic. I felt completely safe the entire time.
At the end we received a certificate, 2 printed photos and a DVD. Because the weather wasn't awesome they gave us all of the photos that were taken on the DVD as well. The only thing I wish they did was let us pick the 2 photos that were printed (especially if they weren't going to give us the rest).
Some people say that it's a lot of money, but considering what you're doing and what you get, I don't think it's that bad. $200 for the 2 hrs, which includes 30 mins outside walking and doing activities, the photos and the DVD.
I would have thought that this would be a one time thing, but that couldn't be further from the truth. I 100% would go back in different weather conditions, as it would make the experience completely different.
