Do NOT use this dentist. The front office staff have no idea what they're doing and they LIE about it.
I received a bill for almost $600 from them. After numerous calls to them and the insurance company it was uncovered that the bill was for services rendered in DECEMBER (9 months ago). The claim was submitted from the dentist 7 months after the fact in July (31st) at which point the insurance company denied it because I met my max benefits. Yeah, I met my max benefits undergoing treatment that THEY recommended!!
The office completely FORGOT to submit this claim and is claiming they sent it several times. The insurance company only has record of the 1 time (July) and the only reason the dentist realized they forgot to submit it was because I came into the office for issues with that tooth that that they recommended treatment on (the one that used up all my benefits) I never would have done that treatment had I known it would've caused me to meet my max benefits and cause previous claims from months earlier to be denied.
