They should rethink their way of doing business. The representatives are pushy and try to force you to make on the spot decisions ("Let me hold while I wait for you to type in your CC info online.") The first thought that came to mind was -- scam. They continued to call me back repeatedly and today a representative actually hung up on me when I told her I still had not made a decision about whether I needed their services. Is that how you convince customers you're the right company for them? I think not.
