  • This is by FAR the worst trained staff in any McDonald's in any town/city/province, country or continent in the world. I live around the corner of this newly renovated establishment. I come here once a week, we have two kids and they of course live the Happy Meal toys. I also take my eldest daughter here on Sunday mornings to play at the play land. Disclaimer: what I'm about to say is 100% true. 9/10 times I come here, they get our order grossly incorrect. Either missing items, wrong beverages or wrong sandwiches and always missing sauces for the nuggets. The problem is that the staff is not trained properly. Managment is incompetent or just doesn't give two $hi!'$. Whatever it is, it's horrendous and simply put, bad for your brand. You will survive as people still flock toward the drive-thru, but it takes minimal effort to get the orders right, if your staff were properly trained and motivated. McDonald's of Lakeshore... Fix yourself. Do it for the humanity of Mimico.
