We headed over to this cute place on a Wednesday night. It was very busy so we had to wait with many others before us in the outside backyard. That area is very nicely set up with lots of seating. Bummer the upstairs bar was closed so we were waiting without any drinks. We decided to explore the menu (too bad lots of things I saw in Yelp were no longer available - they change their menu a lot which is great for returning customers of course!). After about 30min we were seated by the bar. The one bartender was overwhelmed with work. She apologized and we were totally understanding, she was very friendly when she served us. We ordered drinks and 4 plates.
I had the pink smoking jacket with a real smokey flavor to it. Good! And my partner had the Daaammmmn Daniel but on the rocks, which was fresh and tasted like a lemonade!
Tempura green beans:
Delicious but totally different when combined with the sweet pepper cream cheese. I prefer without but both work. Serious portion!
Filet ohhh fish:
Very good! Comes with hush puppies and ketchup, yummie!
Rainbow cauliflower:
Good but after a while you are over it. Has a spicy aftertaste and I don't like spicy food but this didn't bother me. It was good but would be great with less salt.
Wild mushroom flatbread:
Yasssss so good!!!!!! My favorite yummy
We ordered several dishes because were thinking it's tapas style but nope these are large portions and we had to take home half of it. We were full with 2 for the 2 of us.
