  • A few issues I have with this dealership, first off how many dealers take the word of a customer for credit score when giving them a quote especially when the customer has given them the information to pull said score, and then signed contract with the customer on the word of what the customer was told it was, because the customer had just done a credit check with New Day USA, however when the dealership actually submitted the customer's credit after allowing said customer to take vehicle home and the customer returned upset because they informed him the price was going to be much more than what the customer said he was willing to go, and said customer told them he simply wanted his old vehicle back and they would not do that because I had already signed a contract which should have been null and void because they could not secure credit at the price agreed on originally, then on top of that the finance manager that the customer conferred with told him that $9,000 would be carried over from negative equity from trade in however when it was all said and done $15,000 was carried over and then when Pinnacle Nissan paid the trade off they did not pay it off completely thus leaving customer with remainder of cost to pay off on top of driving a very bad deal home, I would not recommend this dealer to my worst enemy much less a friend, for other reasons as well, when I showed up pretty pee'd off because I was told the payment amount was going to increase and told them I wanted my trade in truck back the sales manager told me and I quote "GET THE FUCK OF MY PROPERTY" therefore as I said I would not recommend this dealer at all, especially given the fact that I drove all the way from Buckeye to purchase from them.
