  • I needed to drive to Kingman a few weeks ago as my dad had a mini stroke. I planned to go with my sister, who is on oxygen. My car was in and out of the shop and I worried that I might not make the trip safely in the heat, esp using the A/C on high. They were great on the phone, going into great detail their roadside asst to give me peace of mind. When we got there, we did have to wait for a car, about 20 minutes because they just didn't have enough. When we got a car, they ungraded us for free. The Nissan Rogue was a pleasure to drive, It was such a nice vechile, my mom got one for her and my dad. They made the most stressful part of our trip into the funnest! Will deff go and rent from them again, Carlos was great to work with.
