I ordered a sandbox for my daughter and had it shipped to this store for free pickup. After the expected arrival date had come and gone without an email stating my order had I arrived, I checked the order status online. It stated CANCELLED. I called the store and they had no idea why my order was canceled. They suggest that I call customer service. I called customer service and they said the store canceled this order because they don't sell sandboxes in this particular store. When I ask what does it matter if they sell sandboxes there, I just shipped to the store for pick up... They couldn't give me any explanation. They offered to charge my credit card again and ship to another store for me even though I hadn't been refunded yet for the original order. Needless to say, I canceled the order and will never shop at Sears again. I think this is a pretty obvious example of why this company is on the brink of bankruptcy - they clearly have issues with selling products to their clients!
