  • I was renting from them for 3 years. They raise rent every year $30-50. This year upon renewal, they told me that now I have to pay pet rent $35 per pet, dog bite liability insurance no matter what breed they are. Obviously, this company discourage pet owners from renting. and No mercy on rent increase each year. After couple of years renting, the increased rent will be way too much for what the house is worth. I will never to rent from this company again.
