  • No wonder this place has such a great rating! The most pleasant experience at a dealership ever. I went in there 30 min ago to get a Key Fob replaced and programmed for my Dodge Challenger, which I did not buy there. The buttons were not working and i couldn't unlock or lock my car with it. I walked straight back to parts department and was immediately greeted by Eric Rafols. He as very attentive and looked up what the price would be and with labor the total was near $280, but hey I needed to replace it. I asked Eric if they had any tire valve caps because I had 1 missing. He said sure, black or chrome? Wow! I said 1 black and said to him chrome is nice though. He goes and grabs me 4 chrome caps. How awesome is that! But it doesn't end there. He says he will take me to service to see if it could be done within 1 to 1.5 hrs today or make an appt. for Mon, since I had to leave my car. He said Jay Daniels will take good care of me. That is exactly what he did. When I told him what was happening he opened up the key fob and noticed some pieces of the fob had fallen off. So he took out some super glue from the desk, glued them on, adjusted some things and said try it now. I bet it will work and you wouldn't even need to come back for a new one. So i go outside to try it and just like he said it worked. When I came back he said I'm glad I could help. I would rather take great care of you and earn your trust so you know where to come when you need service than make a sale. He just saved me near $300! Desert 215 Superstore has earned my trust and my business. I left this place with a smile and a great deal of appreciation for the help, care, and knowledge of Eric Rafols and Jay Daniels. Thank you!
