  • I wish I could give it zero stars!! First off when we signed our lease we were told our rent was supposed to be $875 (which I thought was way over priced with all the out dated appliances) all utilities included... Well we get our first months rent & our bill is $930!!!!!! We don't mind paying the extra but you guys should be HONEST with your tenants. Next! Why are there so many bugs?!?!?!?? And they are not normal size bugs they are huge!????Spiders galore!!! When we did our walk through the very first thing we see is a huge roach on the kitchen floor.. Next we look on the counter there is a huge spider. We asked when do they come and spray and she said she didn't know the schedule. Shouldn't you know this???? Since we have moved in there has not been one person that has come out to spray... Not ONE!! Also!! Our upstairs neighbors are horribly rude. I don't think these people have jobs. They never leave the house. They are up all hours of the night. I'm POSITIVE they are on drugs we hear them upstairs moving furniture at 3 am sometimes. At times we can even hear them literally running... Running!!!! And! We will just randomly hear them pounding on the floor. Who wants to deal with this?!?! One day my sister and I our sitting on the couch and we hear water being poured on our patio then we walk outside and she is pouring her dirty bong water on our patio!!! What the heck is wrong with her!!! We ask her to stop and she says "I'm almost done"... Are you kidding me? We had to take clean water and clean off our patio. The community is quiet that is the only good thing about this place.
