  • I seriously have no idea how or why this place gets 5 stars from so many reviewers. I need to see if all of the reviews are legit or perhaps I went on an off day for the woman we had to deal with to get our oil changed. I had an extra hour to take care of the oil change due on my car. I looked up an oil changing station on yelp that was close to our home. This place was highly rated, so I decided to give it a try. I normally go to my Subaru dealership, but was trying to get a quick oil change while I was out and had a few minutes. I told my husband to meet me there to get both of our vehicles done at the sane time. We drove up to the stall and some lady comes out to greet us. I rolled down my window and asked about pricing, time it would take, etc. The price she quoted me for an oil change for my car seemed high and I told her that. She got really cranky at me and told me it was a good deal and normally priced. I take my car to a dealership which has notoriously higher prices than these drive up oil changing stations and her quote was still way higher than the dealership prices that I normally pay. So, I said that I'd wait on my car but I wanted to go ahead and have my husband's truck done. At this point, There was only one other car in the stall. When we get inside to wait, the woman, still with a very aggressive and rude attitude, tells me it's going to be an hour wait. I was shocked. I thought this place was called Lightning because they were fast. An hour? There was only one other guy waiting to get his oil changed. I wanted to just leave right then because she had such a horrible and rude attitude, but they had already pulled the truck into the stall. I told her that my husband and I were going to run and grab something to eat next door and she warned me that if we weren't back in an hour, they would be closed. She seemed annoyed that we were leaving. She seemed annoyed in general. We have a 6 month old and sitting around hanging out at an oil changing station where there is no place for my baby to sit or play is not ideal. So, we left. We were back in time to pick up the truck and to pay for the services. I don't know if it was the lady's combative, extremely rude and condescending attitude that made me so angry or if it was the fact that we had to wait so long for an overpriced service, but I was angry at myself for not just leaving when I realized this was going to be a very negative experience. Again, maybe I was there on an off day for the woman we had to deal with, but either way, I will never be back. If you can't be nice or at least decent to your customers, I would recommend not being in a customer-facing position within the company.
