  • I am WOWED!!! Okay, BEYOND WOWED!!! It is a Saturday evening at 5:00 and my phone call of earlier today was returned. I had called asking a question about my gas burner. The flame was huge!! I called another service provider with good reviews from Yelp as well. The other one didn't answer the phone. Shortly thereafter I received a text that simply said, "How can I help?" I explained. He offered to come to my house and diagnose the problem. I asked if it is a simple fix. He responded, "There is a $65 service call. If there is a repair the $65 goes towards the repair." I didn't care for this type of interaction. I was not even CONSIDERING using the OTHER guy. I then got a call from Mr. Appliance. He took time at the end of his long day to listen to me and ANSWER my questions HONESTLY!! He actually TOLD me how to fix the problem ourselves!! Hubby did as instructed and it's FIXED!!! I just put Mr. Appliance's contact information in my phone under "Appliance Repair HONEST Mr. Appliance". He will be my GO-TO every single time from now on!! He told me that he repairs ALL appliances, including grills!! I HIGHLY recommend this company!!
