  • The people at Team Ford were very helpful in finding a solution to my dilemma. The engine in my '05 F-150 had turned bad, and I needed a new(er) Ford truck. I met Mark R. Wilson and he listened to my situation, showed me various vehicles, and found a truck that was the right fit for me. He, along with Rocky (and others behind the scenes) worked hard to find a way to get me into a newer F-150. They succeeded, and Michael Mercado was very helpful in showing me the possible benefits and closing out my deal. The diligence, patience and support shown at Team Ford was exemplary.
