  • They had poor customer service and created a poor quality product. They would not work to modify order, nor would they provide options as quoted " not their job" to improve it. It was overpriced and it was an overall dissatisfying customer experience. Don't go there if you want to be treated fairly and without an attitude ( Manners and Customer Service are important despite what age a person orders an item).They seemed too busy to help because as they quoted had "100 items to make" Really? *Guess what? When I tried to discuss my daughters concern with them they hung UP on me too, apparently that's there go-to response to handling their mistakes.!
