I saw Dr. Sabol August (I believe) of last year to have my wisdom removed. At my consolation they took X-rays and noticed my lower teeth were impacted and one root might have been hitting a nerve they did a few more in depth X-rays and went over the plan of action. I felt very comfortable and confident in Dr Sabol and scheduled for removal in Oct. About 2.5 weeks before my appointment I received a call needing to reschedule because Dr Sabol would be out of town. They had no other Thursday's available until a few months out and my wisdom teeth were causing me pain so I had to switch to a Monday which was less convenient for me and is why I had made it for a Thursday a few months early. I do wish that they could've been a little more flexible since they were the ones needing to reschedule but I understand things happen. On the day of the appointment everyone was super nice. The amount collected was the exact amount I was quoted a few months earlier. I honestly don't remember much about the actual surgery but I was virtually pain free the next day. My follow up was quick and easy and they helped me flush out the pockets from my teeth. I also have a flex spending and was having a hard time being reimbursed but I called the office (I don't remember who I talked to) but they were super helpful and personally sent me over my receipt, a break down of the procedure, billing break down etc. and even wrote a little email saying if I need anymore help to let her know she can help me. It those little personal touches that can go a long way :) my husband needs his remaining 3 wisdom teeth out and we plan on using Dr. Sabol and his staff again.
