  • This place is awful. The associates in the office including the owner Aaron are completely unprofessional. Maintenance issues submitted were seldom fixed and took months on average to repair. My roommates and I hired a professional company to clean but our $1350 deposit along with our $250 pet deposit were still withheld and we were billed $100 on top of that?! They overbilled for minor repairs to warrant stealing our deposit. This company is a scam and be aware before renting with them or using them to rent your property..
