  • So, it was as simple as this. I made an appt there last year to get my prescription updated, I told everyone i spoke to there from the jump I didn't have insurance and I just needed an updated script to order frames from a site that has much more affordable prices. I think that was my mistake, because they knew they couldn't sell me any and everything they acted like I was an afterthought. The first lady I met with was slow and acted like she'd rather be elsewhere. Then I meet with Dr Brigg (I think) and he did his job, nothing really to complain over but seeing as they prob make a good chunk of money from selling frames and lenses, they knew I wasn't buying so they could care less. I did actually want to try some contacts, Dr said he'd have to order in a trial pair for me, said it'd take a week. He said they'd call when they were in. 2 weeks go by, 3, 4, I'm calling every week asking if they came in because I still obviously care about my eyes. Left voicemail's, no one ever called me back to give me update and tbh I dont think they ever ordered them cause I never received them. Which is sad, a customer is a customer, I still paid them $120 for my exam, least you can do is give me a pair of trial lenses to see if I like them. If they couldn't even have the decency to keep their word and do right by me, why would I ever give them a chance for long term eye care. Sorry, no thanks.
