  • Last visit the service was very poor. I have very good insurance however they mark up their glasses and contacts by at least 40%. The day of my visit they didn't have enough staff to process my order or payment. 3 weeks later and I am still dealing with no contacts. Called several times with return calls but no action. Promised to mail prescription a week ago nothing. Not enough staff to provide the service they are changing for. My family and I have been going there for 7 years and will be leaving.
