I had the worst experience ever at Budget Rent-A-Car. I had a confirmation for a rental car and when I arrived there they had no cars available and made no accommodations for me to get another car from another location. When I called customer service they refused to resolve the problem but just canceled the reservation and said that even though you make a reservation and have a confirmation number they do not guarantee a car. I traveled by way of Uber and had to take a Uber back that cost me an additional fee. I have rented cars for 20 years from other rental car companies, but have never had such a poor experience.
