  • This place blows. I didn't have to work on a Friday and I needed tires and wanted to get a front end alignment. So I scheduled an appointment for 12pm. I wound up dropping the truck off at 9am that morning. I talked to the owner and told him to call me if I needed any parts. He said ok and my truck would be done at 2pm. So I get no call from him and arrive to pick up my truck at about 2:45pm. So I walk in and ask him how everything went and he tells me that he couldn't do the front end alignment. That I needed a ballpoint and a tie rod end. So I'm like why didn't you call me and tell me this. He says that he didn't have time to do all that work. And that I needed a break hose too and it wasn't even safe to drive home. So what the hell did I have an appointment for? And 3hrs. to 5hrs. wasn't enough time to fix it? Then he says I could bring it back Monday and he would take care of it. Lol What a fucking ass hat.
