  • I read some of the really bad reviews and decided to try them anyhow because of the coupons. The reviews about the carpets looking the same or worse than before service are in fact correct. -Stairs were soaked and water was running down to base of each step leaving the vertical part of carpet looking filthy -I had them return and honestly looking at the stairs, there is a black stripe the size of the cleaning tool on each step vertical to base -On top of the where the hose had to go around a corner upstairs, my paint on wall and baseboard needs some serious re touching -The results are so poor that I would rather REPLACE my carpet than use these guys ever again. HALF a star for being polite, but that doesnt make my carpets clean. Total rip off.
