  • Horrible service and completely underhanded. They left my rug with a huge stain and no apologies about it. The kid Luis that came out spilled my entire cup of coffee on the rug I hired him to clean. Then he turned it around so the spill was on the other side, I guess hoping I wouldn't see the empty cup and look down and notice. He didn't even mention the spill. I noticed after he was gone and when I text him about it he said "are you sure, maybe it was already there". I asked him to come out to spot clean and he never showed up at the scheduled time. When I called I got a text back saying " didn't make it out, call us if you want". So rude, dishonest and frustrating. Don't call them, they are not a company you want to deal with.
