  • The owner needs to read this. On 6/29 @ around 11am, I drove a brown Escalade to get a car wash here. It's not my first time here, but this time I realized the bug spray wand was not applied by the attendant, so after wash I used the hand brush and applied it myself and asked for a rewash to get soap off. Instead of a pleasant "no problem", I was told by the attendant that he would check camera to see if he used bug wand. He was followed by the "manager" Tanner, who gave a major attitude and said I am captured on camera, and if I harass him or his employee again that I would be reported to the owner. I guess poor service discussions are not welcomed here. Needless to say, I will not be back. Too many car washes in the valley to choose from. Update: appreciate the reply from business manager, but I have moved on and found another neighborhood car wash, which I hope will value quality better and take feedback as improvements and not harrasments.
