  • This place is ridiculous! The worst customer service anywhere and has been for years. The minute you step up to the counter you're made to feel like a major inconvenience by the server. No acknowledgement, no hello, no can I help you, no can I take your order, not even a welcome to McDonald's! Just a blank stare from some apparently disgruntled employee taking their misery out on anonymous customers. And as a customer, if you don't speak up, you don't get served! When you do finally get your order tossed in your direction again, with no acknowledgement best check it to make sure it's what you ordered! But beware, hell hath no fury like a McDonald's employee scorned! Prepare to wait or just walk away! Personally, I walk. I don't trust these people with a second go around with my food if you get my drift! I rarely stop at this place even though it's practically at the end of my street and really don't care for McDonald's anyway. But in a hurry they have a semi-decent quick breakfast. I recommend anyone else to avoid as well considering about three miles south on Northfield road is another McDonald's that's much, much better! As I said at the beginning of this review, customer service has been a huge problem at this location for a long time. It's funny, because McDonald's recently invested in some exterior renovations at this location yet, the real improvements needed should be inside, behind the counter with the personnel! And I can't believe that at $15.00 an hour that is being demanded by these workers that this kind of performance is tolerable! I don't think I can make it any clearer! McDonald's! Are you paying attention?! I'm not luvin' it!
